How to Buy
Buying from BushPower is a simple 3 step process:
Select the products you are interested in and email / phone / fax us the details. Please include the Product Code and Product Name, quantities, your delivery address, and your contact details. Please review our Terms of Sale.
We will get back to you with an official quote / invoice confirming product availability, prices, terms, delivery and our bank details.
Make payment into our bank account using the quote / invoice number as your reference, and email / fax us your proof of payment. When your payment has been cleared in our account, your goods will be ready for delivery / collection.

Payment options
To offer our products at such competitive prices, we take great care to prevent fraudulent payments and reduce bank costs. We would rather decrease the risks and costs and pass these benefits to you by pricing our products accordingly!!

We accept the following payment methods:
Internet payment, cash deposit, transfer: these are the preferred payment methods and using one of these options will speed up the delivery of your order.
Cash: by arrangement, payment can be made in cash for orders that will be collected personally. However, a deposit will be required before your order will be processed.

We do not accept the following payment methods:
Credit cards: credit card transactions are expensive and risky due to fraud, so we do not have credit card payment facilities. However, you are welcome to make a Credit Card transfer payment to our account through your bank.
Cheques and drafts: cheque fraud is a big problem and we do not accept payment by cheque, not even if deposited directly into our account. If payment is made by cheque, your order will not be processed until the funds have been cleared in our account (which can take up to 10 working days) even with proof of payment.
Other payment systems: we do not accept payments via eBucks, iCan, BlueBean, etc.
COD: because deliveries are made by courier, we cannot accept Cash On Delivery payments.

Delivery and collection
We make use of courier services for deliveries, and most orders can be delivered by courier. Include your delivery address in your enquiry, and we will send you a quote / invoice for the products you are interested in as well as the courier delivery costs. Please note that:
  • Heavy items like batteries may be uneconomical to deliver by courier. However, alternative delivery arrangements can be made, while still offering a price advantage.
  • Small and/or light items such as connectors are uneconomical to deliver by courier unless bundled with other items, or depending on the quantity ordered. These items can be sent by insured post.

    Courier charges, and optional insurance charges, are paid by the customer.
    By arrangement, orders can also be collected at our premises in Midrand.

  • Refunds and Returns
    Refunds: we offer the option of an immediate refund if no stock is available. Alternatively, you may wish to wait until new stocks become available but a price adjustment may become applicable due to price fluctuations.

    Returns: all incorrect deliveries or faulty products must be reported immediately upon receipt of the order. Returns will only be accepted within 10 days of date of despatch and in the same, new and undamaged condition as despatched - no damaged products may be returned. A copy of the relevant invoice must accompany all returns. Any exchange or return requested which is not due to an incorrect delivery or faulty product will carry a handling fee of 10% and the return and re-delivery charges will be due by the customer.
